Employees have been offered an artificial intelligence (AI) training but only 1 in 10 employees got the offer. Almost half of the more than 7,000 employees polled are enthusiastic about the idea of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, while the other half are worried about its potential misuse. Some see AI as an opportunity for their growth, career and promotions, but some of them do not agree and think that AI is carrying an impact on their industries and roles. But now, many employees are offered to go to AI training and some of them said that they had not received any learning and development opportunities for these past few months. More and more, AI is a tool that can help people develop their abilities. It has been pointed out that artificial intelligence has a significant impact on productivity and general performance in the workplace; nevertheless, it is necessary to address the imbalance that exists between the skills that are required by businesses and the abilities that are required by staff. Organizations are not giving their employees enough training as they told during the interview that they will provide training and development for them. With these advantages where employees did not receive any training about AI, the employees most likely will be unsuitable for the job anymore and probably get fired.

The impact of this issue to employees is a skill gap. A skills gap may emerge among workers if they do not receive sufficient training on artificial intelligence. A lack of competence in the use of AI systems and tools could result from staff members' inability to stay up with the rapid pace of technological change. The next impact to performance is missed opportunities. The failure of an organization to provide enough training in artificial intelligence might lead to the loss of opportunities to utilize AI for strategic decision-making. Employees who have not received adequate training may be unable to recognise the ways in which artificial intelligence might improve customer experiences, analyze data, or increase efficiency. Next, impact to organizations is innovation stagnation, without the right people with the right abilities to use AI, businesses risk seeing their innovation efforts stall. The failure of a company to implement artificial intelligence can put the company at a disadvantage in comparison to competitors who embrace automation for the purpose of improving efficiency and innovation.

The solution for this issue is continuous training programs, to make sure that people are always getting training in areas like AI and new innovation. These programmes ought to be constructed in such a way that they keep staff up to date on the most recent developments in artificial intelligence. The skills gap may be filled and employees can keep up with technology advances if a range of learning forms are offered, including online courses, workshops, and hands-on experiences. Next, encourage AI integration. Promote the incorporation of AI into many areas of the company. By offering incentives to staff, you may encourage them to explore and propose ways in which artificial intelligence can be utilized for strategic decision-making, improving consumer experiences, conducting data analysis, and enhancing productivity. One way to accomplish this is by establishing innovation laboratories or cross-functional teams whose sole purpose is to investigate AI's potential uses. Next, foster a culture of innovation, encourage a spirit of creativity and new ideas among employees. Draw attention to the significance of embracing emerging technology, such as artificial intelligence, in order to propel innovation. It is important to establish innovation hubs or centers of excellence where staff may work together, experiment, and discuss ideas concerning uses of artificial intelligence. This fosters an attitude of never-ending curiosity and development.

Last but not least, a solution to the problems caused by the dearth of AI education and research is to encourage a culture of creativity inside companies. An organization can foster an atmosphere conducive to the seamless integration of artificial intelligence by promoting an innovative mindset among its workforce. The discovery of new AI applications, as well as increased opportunities for collaboration and testing, are all sparked by innovation hubs and centers of excellence. This method promotes ongoing education and the ability to adjust to new technology, in addition to filling the skills gap. Organizations that adopt this approach not only provide their workers with the AI skills they need, but they also foster a culture that sees innovation as critical to thriving in the dynamic tech industry.
